Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of your start time, a $15.00 charge will be added to your tax preparation or tax audit assistance fees. Additionally, if your tax return is completed and sent to you for your review, and you do not sign within 24 hours, you will be charged 25% of the total tax prepration fee, and your return will not be e-filed.
